Anyone Looking for an Excellent Discount Broker?
January 29th, 2010My broker, TradeKing, is paying $100 bounties for all account referrals that result in deposits of at least $1000 and one trade execution.
I think TradeKing is excellent. I’ve been with a lot of brokers and TradeKing is a bargain. It’s very fast for a discount broker, and reliable. I mostly just swing trade very, very small positions (I don’t mention these trades on Cryptogon) and don’t use any margin, so keeping costs low is a critical factor for me.
Check out TradeKing. If you decide to open an account AND want to earn me a $100 commission, you’ll need to let me know your email address so I can enter it into some form that they will use to track the referral.
Here’s what they sent me:
Get a Benjamin ($100) for every friend you refer to TradeKing. Two weeks left!

Dear Investor:
We’re celebrating Ben Franklin’s birthday this year with a special offer. Now you can earn $100 – double our usual payout – for each friend you refer to TradeKing. That’s right: a Benjamin for every buddy!
Here’s how it works
* 1. Log in to your TradeKing account.
* 2. Enter your friends’ email addresses in our Refer a Friend dashboard and press send.
It’s that easy. There’s no limit on how many friends you can refer, and don’t worry – we don’t use these emails for any purpose other than sending the referral message. Check out our privacy policy.
* 3. Every time someone you refer funds their account with at least $1,000 and executes a trade, we’ll deposit $100 into your account.
“Courteous reader, remember: time is money.” – Ben Franklin
Act fast to earn your Benjamins – this sweet offer ends February 11, 2010. After all, if a penny saved is a penny earned, 100 bucks is a real bonanza.
So what are you waiting for? Log in and start entering email addresses to refer your friends.

May one use TradeKing to trade directly on
non-US exchanges (e.g.Toronto (TSX))?
Some brokers, like International Brokers,
offer this. Low prices, fast execution, funds
denominated in host-country security’s currency.
Went to TK site to read…couldn’t tell what
their deal was on this front.

No. TradeKing doesn’t offer trading directly on non-US exchanges.
