Sounds like a plugin level task for the SEAS system.

More U.S. taxpayer dollars out on the dole for Phd students seeking a thesis project. The US, particularly Argonnned (intentional mispell) will find geeks from around the planet to make this piss in a can project a go.
I would rather my US taxdollars be spent elsewhere thank you kindly Ms. Pelosi.
How about spending dollars on analyzing the germane event on the US citizen with an overnight increase of 10cents at the gas pumps?
Moronic thinking seems to be in ample supply lately. Methinks that dollars would be better spent on studying how to ensure supplies of water and food, rather than “making it a scientific” of the assuredly instability of nations after the fact. IGNORAMUS THINKING ABOUNDS.
