This isn’t proof, but I don’t think the brother in the video below is making shit up either. Just a gut feeling. I guess we’ll know by next week if St. Louis is locked down as he suggested.
I like this article because it explores the first amendment, and how/why police feel justified dispersing peaceful protesters, or ordering them to keep moving. This would appear to be a clear violation of the constitution. Apparently, there is case law that once any destructive action such as throwing a bottle is taken by anyone in the crowd, the entire crowd can be labeled unpeaceful and ordered to disperse- with law enforcement acting as a judge. Great! https://news.yahoo.com/can-the-police-really-do-that-105437241.html
Over here, Sheriff Johnson who was brought in to do a better job than the city police chief, seems to be breaking notions of the constitution. He starts his press conference with a christian prayer. Then he shows guns seized from a car and pedestrians, but he doesn’t mention accompanying crimes which would allow them to be seized such as not having a permit to carry, or making threats. http://new.livestream.com/accounts/9035483/events/3271930/videos/59905403

Baiting a scared, armed cop is stupid.
