Open Thread: Happy New Year

December 31st, 2007

Those who have their income based directly on the earth (farming, self-sufficiency) or the sky (clever financial instruments, well-funded technology enterprises, games, IT, government contracting) will do well, the majority who are in the middle, deriving their prosperity from the trickle-up and trickle-down, will probably be grappling with a whole lot of reality by summer.

I found this a while back and thought it may be of interest to some Cryptogon readers. It is mainly authored by Robert Podolsky, son of the famous physicist, Boris Podolsky. Self-described as “The Practical Alternative to Government
And Other Hierarchies”, it includes some interesting concepts.

    Blessed new year to all.
