Power Outages in San Francisco, New York, and LA

A series of power outages in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and New York City on Friday left people across the country struggling to complete their morning commutes. There is currently no evidence to suggest that this is more than just a coincidence, despite worries about some sort of cyber attack.
New York City was hit with outages at 6 a.m., followed by an outage in Los Angeles, and San Francisco later in the morning. Officials have announced that the the San Francisco outage was caused by a substation fire. No one has identified causes for the outages in New York or Los Angeles yet, but there are a number of possibilities based on major power outages that have shut down cities over the last few decades. There have not been any reports from officials linking the outages to a cyber attack.

One ( of these) does not precludethe other. remember Tesla ( Nikola ) theorized and then experimented with, over a hundred years ago, what is now known as the ionisphere and the geomagnetic resonance cavity ( the tesla shumann resonance cavity ) . Because he knew better than anyone that charge disparities are the only reason elctrons flow…and that , the inbalance between the two ( causative factors aside ) achieves a ‘macro’ level resonance that is the ‘ on average’ interaction.
In short; if one puts grounding rods too close together then the amount of power they can conduct is reduced as the volumne of electron transfere increases…
hence, if the solar output ( of protons…postively charged:http://spaceweather.com/ ) radically increases , places putting unaturally large charge disparities into the ground ( places using massive amounts of electricity that needs to ‘go to ground’) would be the first ones to be expected to heave grid failures as the ground(ing) potential used in the planning and construction of these sytems and devices ,is ASSUMED TO BE infinite…something provable false.
so a little SBX/harp type help in concetrating , or HARMONIZING the resonate electrical flows during these cme/solar wind effects seems like a no brainer ..efficiency and deniablity wise”

So, natural events are one thing, but has there been technology developed that could even affect the behavior of the Sun, using resonance created within the Sun/Earth magnetic coupling? (ie Giant electromagnets such as CERN and various ionospheric pumps–HAARP/etc–built around the Planet)
