Via: IAfrikan: Amazon has confirmed that it keeps transcripts of users’ Alexa voice recordings indefinitely on its servers. The company also keeps Alexa voice recordings indefinitely. According to Amazon, customers customers do have an option to delete both the transcripts and voice recordings.
