   Maybe they are eager to pay US citizens in worthless dollars. Along with everyone else, they are probably oversupplied with them.

   I noticed on bullnotbull.com today that there is some speculation that China really is dumping US treasuries.

   Maybe I should move to Zimbabwe and beat the rush.
