Goldman Sachs Group Inc. will probably settle a lawsuit brought by the Securities and Exchange Commission at a cost of a little more than $1 a share, Sanford Bernstein & Co. analyst Bradley Hintz said.

Hintz said in a note last week that Goldman Sachs may spend about $621 million to settle the case.

    Methinks once this info goes viral Goldman might be settling on where their executives get to spend their time in jail.

    I think Kevin taught me over the years following his website, when there’s something the MSM is putting in your face 24/7 (oil spill) there’s always something major going on behind the scenes that has occured AND IS NOT mentioned that is relevant to the facts at hand.
    This is a NICE One.
    Maybe all the douche bags at Goldman will be doing time in Gulf, serving their sentences cleaning up oil.

    Oh, and in all due respect for any of you who have no clue as to what I mean when I write somnthing like “Scotty, Make it So.” -I am from the “Lost in Space,” Star Trek, Guilligan’s Island TV watching generation.
    I don’t watch TV at ALL anymore thank you.
    But I did always love Star Trek, and when they decided on a course of action, Captain Kirk would say, Scotty, make it so. That may have been in my lifetime, even if it was in a TV show, an example of leadership.
    LOVE THAT PHRASE: MAKE IT SO.
