It’s back up.

Via: CNN:

Chase’s online banking website has been offline for most of Tuesday, a prolonged outage the company blamed on unspecified “technical issues.”

The service went down sometime Monday night, Chase spokesman Tom Kelly said. “We’re working on it, it’s a top priority,” he added.

Chase has more than 16.6 million active online customers.

In the meantime, Chase is encouraging those customers to conduct their business at local bank branches and ATMs, or to use the company’s phone service, which remains unaffected by the crash.

I think anything online -especially banking is a no go.
If or when online banking systems fail – humans beware. You need to have a back up to recover.
Don’t buy into this bullshit of e-everything. When electronic systems fail – gawd forbid – but inevitable- do you know what your digit dollar balance is, and do you have it on paper? I think its better you do. Forget this “green stuff ” everything not on paper is just another way to screw you.
