January 28th, 2011The leading edge of a cyclone is passing over us now. If there aren’t any further updates for a while, blame Wilma. I’m going to take my broadband antenna down now so that it’s not ripped off the roof.

Tropical Cyclone Wilma was lying about 280km north of Cape Reinga at 6pm and moving to the south-southeast, which Weatherwatch.co.nz describes as “the most significant cyclone to hit New Zealand in 14 years”.
