Power Outage and Storm

The power is out in the Far North of New Zealand due to scheduled transmission lines maintenance. While they say that electricity should be turned back on in a few hours, a huge and powerful storm is about to pass over us. Storms like this usually result in blackouts. In other words, enjoy the rest of your weekend without fresh Cryptogon updates.

    Man, it turned out to be not bad at all at our place. The worst of it slipped by south of here. The power didn’t even blink here (since it came back on after being out all day).

    good to hear. south of Whangarei got the worst of it maybe.
