The lead mesh-lined film transport bag I used to carry my Motorola mobile around in during the final So-Cal years back in the USSA is looking more and more practical all the time. In fact, I’m still using an even-smaller version of it today, on an entirely different continent.

It only comes out to place or receive calls. It is otherwise carried around in it’s wee lead-shielded tote.

No signal. No police. No problem.
