Rod Blagojevich Sentenced To 14 Years In Prison
December 8th, 2011Heaps of scorn and a long prison sentence can be meted out to this Blagojevich scumbag, but U.S. Presidents who have used the military as an international terrorist organization (and other culpable regime members) go on book tours and are paid large fees to speak at events.

Ousted Gov. Rod Blagojevich was sentenced to 14 years in prison on Wednesday, after apologizing for making “terrible mistakes,” capping a nearly three-year saga for Illinois.
The sentence is the longest ever handed down to a convicted Illinois governor and one of the longest for any political corruption case in state history.
“His abuse of the office of governor is more damaging than the abuse of any other office in the United States except president,” U.S. District Judge James Zagel said in announcing Blagojevich’s sentence for 18 corruption charges, including his attempt to sell or trade an appointment to the U.S. Senate seat vacated by President Barack Obama.
“When a state senator takes a bribe, that’s one person out of 59. … You are not to be compared with those who hold lesser positions in government. You, as a governor are seen to control all of them, though I concede in practice you don’t,” Zagel added. “When it is the governor who goes bad, the fabric of Illinois is torn and disfigured and not easily or quickly repaired.”

Yeah I kinda feel bad for this guy. Sure he’s a scumbag buts there’s so much worse.
Nah brandon, screw that guy. This is probably only the tip of the iceberg seeing that he is part of that Chicago political machine. Even if this is the only corruption he engaged in, throw the book at him. Look at what law the senate just passed that effectively destroyed our right to a jury by our peers, taken away and tortured for the rest of our lives, then murdered. The Law is there to protect us..that is it’s role. Now it is being used to target us…and the senate is used to pass those laws.. so it is the biggest deal that Blag, if he had gotten his way, would have ensured the most corrupt for sale person would occupy that position of the public trust.
If someone had given a copy of a master key, belonging to a elementary school, to Jeffrey Dahmer, what crimes should that someone have been held accountable for?
But having said all that, even if you just take Blag’s crime alone, with none of it’s implications, it still is a crime against liberty of the highest order.
I hope he goes somewhere that is known for repeated prison “therapy”.
In other words, I hope he continually has to bend over and take it…cause that’s what he was trying to do to us:)
