Cops Enter Man’s Bedroom at 3am, Shine Flashlights on Him, Remind Him to Lock Up the House
June 20th, 2008I… I… I am at a loss for words.
Via: Pioneer Press:
Troy Molde awoke at 3 a.m. Thursday to police flashlights shining in his face. Two uniformed Lakeville officers were in his bedroom, knocking on the wall to wake him up.
They were there, they said, to warn him to keep his doors closed and locked.
Their surprise visit was part of a public service campaign. Officers had fanned out across the city, leaving notices on doors to remind residents how to prevent thefts by keeping garage doors closed, not leaving valuables in cars and locking windows or doors.

Sounds like an article from the Onion. Cops breaking into houses. Righto.
Wonder if the cops would have arrested Mr. Molde if they wandered in an found him engaged in some sexual activity not to their liking.
Betcha they would have.
This security fixation is a plague on our houses, our nations, the world.
Methinks food insecurity in the times to come will give us all an “empty belly laugh” to reminisce about the good old days when our government blasted that we were in CODE ORANGE HIGH ALERT over the airwaves at airports all over a boogeyman that never ever materialized, and all was silent about preparing for the times to come.
More apropos to the situation I think the airports should have been blasting “eat bananas while you can. Be frightened that you might never taste one again.”
Now that too me is worthy of a CODE ORANGE, or CODE BANANA, or CODE MEAT, CHICKEN, FISH. You name it.
Dolts. All.
Any ideas Kevin on these military helicopter operations on Denver?
