U.S. Official Dies in Libya Consulate Attack in Benghazi

A US state department official was killed and at least one other American was wounded when militiamen stormed the US consulate in the eastern Libyan city of Benghazi.
It is believed the protest was held over a US-produced film that is said to be insulting to the Prophet Muhammad.
The building was set on fire after armed men raided the compound with grenades.
Protests have also been held at the US embassy in the Egyptian capital, Cairo.
In the attack in Benghazi, unidentified armed men stormed the grounds, shooting at buildings and throwing handmade bombs into the compound.
Security forces returned fire but Libyan officials say they were overwhelmed.
“One American official was killed and another injured in the hand. The other staff members were evacuated and are safe and sound,” Libya’s deputy interior minister Wanis al-Sharif told AFP.
The identity of the US official killed is not yet known. The consular worker was reported to have been shot.
Regrets to all that lost loved ones in this blatant “false flag” operation. Fer cryin out loud. Oh sure, the “Libyans” attacked the embassy over a “movie” that is unheard of until after the attack. And the movie is tied to that same nut job who burned a Koran way back when. This whole thing reeks of the Koch brothers. I listened to a story on NPR about this, but I don’t want to give them credit for much after that hack job they did on organic food. So here is the Guardian’s take:

Whatever the case may be the whole thing stinks of stupid people doing stupid stuff just to continue the endless wars on middle eastern people.
Get a grip you morons. Most people I know want food security. No one I know of want to attack Muslims. This terror-Muslim-Al Queda story line is worn out already. Someone needs to call the top TPTB official and say, Hello, Your gig is up. Anything you do anymore in this regard is just one big fluckin YAWN. STOP THE KILLING. RIP.
