Interesting. OK, let’s assume he’s correct, which is very likely. What sticks out for me is that he’s pushing eating more meats, which as we all know are from animals eating…. yep, wheat. And, if it’s not organic meat, it’s cows, chickens, and pigs who have been consuming 100% GMO grains. I don’t know if there is actually a correlation between risks of eating GMO foods directly and risks of eating meats from animals eating GMO foods — kinda like second hand smoke, since the good doctor likes the smoking metaphor. I feed my chickens organic feed because I don’t want the pass-along effect of GMOs in my diet…. and I’m sure I’ll continue on that path. Seems the prudent course of action, short of finding a time machine to go back to how Grandma ate.
