Sixteen days after the landfall of superstorm Sandy, much recovery work remains to be done. After Katrina in 2005, Sandy is the costliest hurricane to ever hit the United States, and New York and New Jersey have suffered most of the estimated $50 billion in damages. Most who lost power have had it restored by now, but many still remain without electricity or heat. Thousands of residents are still unable to return to their homes, and a lack of temporary shelter is making problems worse. More than two weeks after disaster struck, the long journey to full recovery has only just started.

I like pictures 17, 34, and 37. And all the Occupy pictures. Humans caring for others. I’m still not at peace in my mind that Sandy wasn’t amped up re the HAARP. Felt the same way about Katrina where the storm suddenly veered to the zip codes of the most destitute peoples and their communities. I’m such a mentally challenged conspiracy theorist. There’s no way this storm was sent to frighten millions about nature, global warming, and the Powers that Be (who are at war with each other at our expense if you haven’t noticed). No way any of this is happening. Right.
Food, water, shelter and back up power. We have been writing this on this website for years now.
Think it is time to just hunker down and watch what happens because the big boys have started using their big guns against each other. While they have always done this they are just being more obvious.
I for one am scared: earthquakes, hurricanes, etc. But oh well, they will destroy each other and we humans with love and hope for the future may yet survive.
    Peace and freedom from fear,E
