Serbia’s ambassador to Nato has committed suicide by leaping from a busy parking garage platform at Brussels airport, officials said today.
A Serbian government statement said Branislav Milinkovic, 52, died instantly in the incident last night.
A diplomat said Mr Milinkovic suddenly jumped from the 26ft (8m) to 33ft (10m) platform while waiting with the Serbian delegation for foreign ministry officials due to hold talks with Nato officials.
