Japan and South Korea Bar Imports of U.S. Wheat
June 4th, 2013Via: New York Times:
Japan and South Korea suspended some imports of American wheat, and the European Union urged its 27 nations to increase testing, after the United States government disclosed this week that a strain of genetically engineered wheat that was never approved for sale was found growing in an Oregon field.
Although none of the wheat, developed by Monsanto Company, was found in any grain shipments — and the Department of Agriculture said there would be no health risk if any was shipped — governments in Asia and Europe acted quickly to limit their risk.

Good! I am so glad that yes, the GMO issue is going to hurt the purse of people who grow and sell wheat in the U.S. Especially if its GMO. That is what will bring Monsanto to its knees and maybe wake people up who have been oblivious to how wheat is a POISON to the human digestive system. I am gluten intolerant and its took me years and thousands of dollars to figure that out. I can’t tell you how it kills me to remember how I used to love eating the hamburger and hotdog buns that we had at our family bakery! They were rich, golden breads that do not exist on this planet anymore. If I could find that bread again, I would stuff my face with it. I wouldn’t care if I got the sores in my nose that don’t heal for weeks when I ingest GMO wheat. Sorry for my rant.
