99.9 % of citizens do not know what rights they have . If you have 1 hour and 15 minutes, this guy will blow you away.

    Kevin,
My mom sold me her house with 3 acres for one U.S. dollar about 5 minutes before she had a cerebral hemmorhage,or so it seems now in recollection. In truth, that transfer of title occurred about 9 years or more ago. I’ve been keeping the place as my own since, and at the same time been renting an apartment relatively close to work. Thus I’m one of the “lucky” people who have not bought a home here in the U.S. But I must tell you when the buying craze was going on – even in my small office, I was considered the “wing-nut” for not buying instead of renting. I have even heard a co-worker recommend an ARM to a coworker. I don’t have the heart to ask the guy whether he’s still in that loan. Whatta you do?
I listened to this on Fresh Air today with Terry Gross driving from mom’s today – excellent on the credit card industry. Not shocking to me – maybe to others who don’t have a clue: http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=9156929

    George,
your link gave me a 30 second teaser add. Do you have another link for the 1 hour and 15 minute segment?
    Thanks

Try this TinyURL version. I clicked on the link above and it seemed to work fine though.
