Julian Assange Arrested by British Police at Ecuadorean Embassy

WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange was arrested on Thursday by British police and carried out of the Ecuadorean embassy, where he has been holed up for nearly seven years to avoid extradition to Sweden over a sexual assault investigation.
A video posted online showed an agitated, frail-looking man with white hair and a white beard being carried out of the central London building by at least seven men.
“Julian Assange, 47, has today, Thursday 11 April, been arrested by officers from the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) at the Embassy of Ecuador,” police said.
Police said they arrested Assange after being “invited into the embassy by the Ambassador, following the Ecuadorean government’s withdrawal of asylum.”

Shame on those Australian politicians that have been complicit in their silence. NZ ones too.
Without the disinfectant of sunlight, the World will be lost.

Ominous Milestone
Recalling Naomi Wolf’s The End of America with this sad event.
I’m thinking that Assange has agreed to be a cooperating witness in the Clinton emails issue (Seth Rich). He was charged with a single count of conspiracy to commit computer intrusion, a rather minor crime, or so the lawfags on the chans opine.
I really hope that’s right Pookie—though with the way the winds are blowing in the World, the minimal charge may just be a placeholder to provide cover for degenerate UK politicians to more easily extradite him to the US, where a much more serious indictment will be unsealed.
The timing of the arrest of Assange and this IMF loan doesn’t get any more brazen:
http://www.thetruthseeker.co.uk/?p=186579
“The International Monetary Fund on Monday approved a $4.2-billion, three-year loan for Ecuador Lagarde said in a statement, stressing that “Protecting the poor and most vulnerable segments in society is a key objective of the program.””
So corrupt elites in Ecuador stick 20% of this loan directly into their own bank accounts as a payoff for selling their country (and Assange) out to international vultures, then in a few years when the country is saddled with massive debt and needs another “out of thin air” cash injection, well then it’s time for austerity and the privatization of Ecuador’s public assets.
Sure be nice if Correa could make his way back into office:
