Update on payment methods: On short notice (48 hours), Amazon killed their Amazon Honor Payment system. Some Cryptogon contributors were using that payment method consistently, so I’ve been scrambling to get the alternative Amazon Payments thing up and running. While I was at it, I re-wrote the Support Cryptogon page.

Additionally, Cryptogon now has a mailing address. I leased a PO Box because an increasing number of people were wanting to send checks instead of using ANY online payment method. This is also the best way to send larger contributions that are not in U.S. Dollars.

Thanks again to everyone who helps keep Cryptogon and Farmlet on the air.

    Something’s up with Amazon. I’ve been buying supplies from them through the Cryptogon port for over 2 years now. I’m a Prime Member which is a $72 fee paid up front for all shipping for items that are Prime elibible. What was a seamless operation has devovled into something with many wrinkles. Sigh. The customer service person did not understand my email address after five tries, and when I explained that $60 in shipping had been added to my order because one item was not Prime, sheesh, I lost it after explaining five more times and hung up. Wow. Even the email is effed up in communication. Amazon will not weather their Prime program well.
    Too bad they are going to take it out on their customers. BUYERS BEWARE.
