Forgive my “Captain Obvious” observation, but it really makes me despair for this country (the USA) that we continually discard cheap and effective treatments of severe coronavirus cases(even though these treatments if administered early enough could probably prevent the serious long-term problems from which serious Covid-case patients often suffer) because they don’t make a bunch of Big Pharma fat-cats even richer. Or in the case of hydroxychloroquine, because of “Orange Man bad”.
