Taliban Says Afghanistan War Over as President Flees

Those guys sure seem to like their new U.S.-provided rifles. I’ve indicated U.S. weapons with green arrows.

The Scope That Changed Everything

There’s a reason the Trijicon ACOG® (Advanced Combat Optical Gunsight) is the official medium-distance engagement optic of the Marine Corps and U.S. Special Operations Forces.

Fascinating.

    A suspicious disconnect on full display here shows us the memory hole — and the nature of limited hangouts in the field of perception management — in action.

    The second linked article on the topsheet refers to “a new narco-state… blossoming in Afghanistan under the Taliban”. Last I checked, when the Taliban last siezed power, one of the first things on their checklist of fundamental changes was to nearly wipe out opium production.

    When the USSA moved in, after blowing up much of the country to provide contracts for the Bechtel Bunch, the second order of business was cranking up the opium trade to record production levels.

    Today, we’re to believe the same fundamentalists are creating a “new narco-state”. Something isn’t adding up.

    Either a) this isn’t the same “Taliban” historically speaking, b) the author is playing fast and loose with historical facts and analysis, and/or c) all of the above.

    Taking the long view, what’s currently unfolding in Afghanistan is surely NOT a miscalculation on the part of the USSA, which begs the question : what is the long game here…?

    Perhaps bulk pricing for opium products has become too low, so the “boss” is injecting a little market disruption and scarcity to drive prices back up to appropriate levels.

    To my mind, which has sadly been correct when it comes to unpacking the various conspiracies (they’re not theories anymore!) unfolding around us the last thirty years or so, the current middle managers of the political puppet class — and the policies they’re rolling downhill — are not the endgame.

    This is an Hegelian SETUP for MUCH, MUCH worse when resistance builds to a head and the real monsters emerge into the daylight.

    It’s also not difficult to imagine the US slowly, steadily shifting a significant percentage of overseas troops stateside, to be available when the time comes for a proper crackdown…

    Yes–the Afghan opium slush fund the CIA/bankster/neocons have been mainlining for 30 years–with the exception of the 2000-01 Taliban shutdown–probably has been waning of late. I have a feeling that with all the trillions being conjured from thin air right now, a little financial engineering to side stream some of that into their projects/pockets has been much easier and reliable than relying on any real world production and transportation.

    Man, that is fascinating. Typically Biden gets scripted softball questions. These questions were leading as well – they set the narratives and he agreed or disagreed (with his ad lib details irrelevant or self damaging).

    This was a set up. Uh oh.

    @kevin,

    Yeah, concern with having a direct link to the Sorcha Faal website is very understandable. Thanks for leaving the address though–over the last year of occasionally looking at the site, I’ve been surprised with the % of truth that has been showing itself there.
