haha That’s just great.

Via: ZeroHedge:

Just hours after Elon Musk announced he had picked a new female Twitter CEO candidate, the WSJ revealed the identity of the person in talks to become the next CEO of the world’s most important social network: it is Linda Yaccarino, who is currently NBCUniversal’s influential head of advertising.

According to her LInkedIn profile, Yaccarino is the “Chairman of the WEF’s Taskforce on Future of Work and sits on the WEF’s Media, Entertainment and Culture Industry Governors Steering Committee.

Not so long ago, I posted that Musk must be owned by the PTSB because he has accepted so much govt $ for Space X and Tesla. More evidence here?

So why would T. Carlson, who knows vastly more than I about how media and politics and money work, go on Twitter instead of setting up his own website?

My guess is that it’s because of how many people are on social media. Stuff he posts on Twitter will likely get more plan than if he posts it to his own website. (Assuming the new WEF CEO doesn’t censor it.)

Musk taking over Twitter was always a false dawn for 1st Amend. concerns, and not simply because he is part of the clique, despite his fair-sounding words; rather, the bigger reason is the in-sync dystopian gagging laws coming to every western country by mid-decade:

    1. The UK’s Online Safety Bill (initiated in 2022).
    2. Ireland’s Criminal Justice (Incitement to Violence or Hatred and Hate Offences) Bill 2022.
    3. The EU’s Digital Services Act.
    4. Canada’s Online Harm Bill (initiated in 2022 as an update to 2021’s Bill C-361).
    5. America’s RESTRICT Act (initiated in March 2023).

That Irish law in particular is jaw-droppingly evil and amounts to a pre-crime charter allowing arrest and imprisonment on the basis of mere suspicion that one will commit a “hate crime” against a “protected characteristic”, which are to be treated on an accumulated basis, so that, for example, a “hate crime” assessed to be intended against a black immigrant LGBT pervert carries worse penalties than one against a white Irish LGBT pervert. The home-raiding aspect of the law also suggests a child-abduction-for-re-education component in the pipeline. An Irish lawyer, Tracy O’Mahony, has deconstructed this horror really well.

I am unaware of equivalent laws for Aus and NZ but presumably they are coming too; the US RESTRICT Act only emerged in March, so they seem to be popping up without much warning.

So, in order to be safe, should I take the pill that turns white skin black, hide my hair under a rainbow-colored hat, and start wearing combat boots? At what point will the enforcers feel they’ve destroyed enough of us middle- and working-class citizens and so turn against the illegal immigrants and the sexually perverted, drug-addicted, and mentally ill whom they have weaponized against us? Only when we’re all ex-patriots (but what country still protects free speech and moral behavior?) or dead?

On the one hand the new CEO looks like a horror show–then on the other, we can watch a Soros toadie try to pin a tired trope on Musk:
