CIA Contractor, Dr. Garry Nolan, Claims U.S. Government Has, “Downed” UFOs, Reverse Engineering Programs
May 19th, 2023This might be the biggest limited hangout of all time.
Nolan states, “What’s crashing is not actual living things… Mostly, what you’re seeing here are either drones or some sort of advanced AI.”
So, for everyone keeping score, according to Nolan, the U.S. Government is in possession of, “Downed” UFOs, but don’t worry about the aliens.
“It’s not that they walk amongst us.”
That’s a fascinating choice of words. It brings to mind, Walking Among Us: The Alien Plan to Control Humanity by David M. Jacobs PhD.

I’ve long been skeptical of the idea of UFOs crashing like Sopwith Camels.

I have to watch this to see what ‘that other thing’ is.
I watched. Still don’t know what ‘that other thing’ is. Who knows what ufo’s are. These two guys may have a clue, or not; they are giving a scripted performance to convince us of — what? — that the govt has the situation in hand? That they will take advantage of whatever the ufo’s are to improve our lives and materials? Don’t worry, be happy? Some of the interviewer’s statements and questions were obvious cues to the media to get ready for a quote from the interviewee that’s intended to be sensational, such as, “What probability?” “100% probability!” Maybe a 3rd grader or the mainstream media will be impressed. Everybody over 8 yrs old in brain development will laugh or just turn it off. I’m getting disgusted with these productions from the govt — my tax $$ going to waste.
Is there an investigative agency with 25 employees? Who are they, unemployed relatives of politicians? Or is it a kick-back scheme? Or a mind-control operation?
Note to witnesses and abductees: don’t fall for their invitation to tell them your story. You don’t know what they will do with it or to you. You don’t want to get turned into a laughing stock in a video of theirs. Or, if they are paying witnesses, maybe it’d be easy work for unemployed actors and screenwriters who can convincingly recite an exciting tale.

About the reverse engineering, I wanted to share a story I have been told. You won’t find this on the internet, but in 2012, an astrophysicist (Jean-Pierre Petit) shared a story in a private forum about a conversion he had with an American colleague after he presented a paper in on his UFO research in Korea (The paper was: Petit J.P., Doré J.C. 2012 Wall confinement technique by magnetic gradient inversion. . 3rd EuroAsian Pulsed Power Conference (EAPPC2010), JeJu, Korea, Acta Physica Polonica A Vol. 121 No. 3
page 611). The american told him he actually went to one of those place where they actually try to reverse engineer a UFO. It was.. in Alaska!
Thanks for sharing, rotger. I don’t think I’ve ever heard anyone mention Alaska as a possible location for reverse engineering.

I read somewhere (don’t remember where) that reverse engineering on downed UFO(s) provided the creation of the integrated circuit, fiber optics, and Kevlar.
