    Just chanced on this:

    Update: APL Qingdao (huge container ship) outbound from NY/NJ lost power in the (strait between Staten Island & Jersey) and again when heading out of NY harbor near the Verranazo-Narrows bridge. There were 3 tugs escorting it, but they called in 3 more to fully control the ship. Here, she sits anchored.
