Johnson, Trump Announce Election Integrity Bill To Require Proof Of Citizenship To Vote

April 15th, 2024

Definitely. Make sure non-citizens aren’t voting in federal elections. Great!

But unless the voting machine issue is dealt with, it’s all just pissing in the wind.

Here is the only type of electronic voting system that should be allowed:

– Open source hardware and software.

– Cryptographic process generates one unique ballot for each verified eligible voter; only on election day, only at a polling place.

– Hard copy of unique filled-in ballot generated for voting officials and voter while votes are added to public blockchain.

– The rest of the details don’t matter because no major political party in the U.S. wants to eliminate vote fraud.

But, by all means, keep foreigners from voting on voting machines running closed source hardware and software (which could be doing anything), if it makes you feel better.

House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) and former President Donald Trump are urging support for a bill aimed at preventing non-citizens from voting in federal elections.

At a Friday, April 12, press conference at the former president’s Mar-a-Lago residence, the Republican leaders announced the bill as part of larger efforts to bolster election integrity.

“What we’re going to do is introduce legislation to require that every single person who registers to vote in a federal election must prove that they are an American citizen first,” Mr. Johnson said.

Though some jurisdictions allow noncitizens to participate in local elections, it is illegal for them to vote in all state and federal elections. However, the United States’ federal voter registration form does not require documentary proof of citizenship, and states’ efforts to impose such a requirement have been challenged by the Biden administration.

The new legislation, the speaker said, would establish new safeguards to ensure only citizens can vote. The provisions would require states to remove noncitizens from their voter rolls and would provide them with access to Department of Homeland Security and Social Security Administration databases to help them do so.

“Congress has this responsibility. We cannot wait for widespread fraud to occur … especially when the threat of fraud is growing with every single illegal immigrant that crosses that border,” the speaker said.

He added that he expected the bill to receive widespread Republican support while also forcing Democrats to go on record with where they stand.

Your points about the current state of “voting machines” (in quotes because they are simply props in a national farce of unprecedented scale) are, of course, spot on, and yet it never ceases to stun me that the sheeple in the USA never face this truth, undoubtedly because the “guardians of Truth” — e.g., the NYTimes, WaPo, etc. — never tell them to be concerned about it. How easy it is to control hundreds of millions of “well-educated, concerned citizens”!

User Illusion: Everyday ‘Placebo Buttons’ Create Semblance of Control

Each of these seemingly disconnected everyday buttons you pressed may have something in common: it is quite possible that none of them did a thing to influence the world around you. Any perceived impact may simply have been imaginary, a placebo effect giving you the illusion of control.

It’s the same with social media.

    (1) The influencers are controlling the influenced, not vice-versa. Example: every celebrity woman and wanna-be spends hours daily altering her body and its appearance so that they all look alike, and it’s a recognizably unnatural look, like skinny teen-age boys with two massive lumps added front and rear. And then there are the layers of paint… why? To reduce human females to sex-doll status in society? To prepare the public to accept sex dolls as eventual replacements for real women?

    (2) Online emails and comments tell the controllers what we are thinking, which they exploit via trolls and selective censorship to make us think others agree or disagree for selected reasons. They also use what we say to further plan how they can shape our beliefs, given what we currently believe and how we react to others who say otherwise. Example: what media still uses ‘wife’ or ‘husband’ instead of ‘partner’? Who says ‘gender delusion’ instead of ‘gender affirmation’? Who says ‘reducing us all to the level of the weakest’ instead of ‘equity’? The words they choose to replace our scientific knowledge and common-sense beliefs mean something different and non-sensical, yet, as they are repeated and the old words fall out of use, they automatically replace the old words in our brains, and what we used to know and believe is overwritten with nonsense.

Alertness to these possibilities and conscious resistance to them may enable us to use social media without being brainwashed, but it’s always risky, especially for the younger generations who have absorbed the nonsense in public schools and among their peers to a much greater degree than their parents might realize.
