Mexico Stops 2 Migrant Caravans After Trump Tariff Threat

Days after Donald Trump announced that Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum had “agreed to stop Migration through Mexico, and into the United States,” or face 25% import duties on Mexican goods, it appears she’s done just that.
Has any other president-elect started making and apparently enforcing US policy months before he has been inaugurated?
Is the White House saying or doing nothing to maintain and enforce its own policies until the current president’s term expires?
Have both sides abandoned the Constitution and precedent and are making up their own rules at the highest levels?
Good questions snowman.
Everybody knows Biden no longer has anything to do with making policy decisions. Kamala has walked out and not been reported back yet. They have to have something to distract the public from this outrageous conduct. Having Trump start his presidential work now keeps the attention off them. But they have to be okaying every move he makes.
How is it that no fervent Dems are asking these questions, nor any media, mainstream or alt (that I know of)? Are they that ignorant of govt procedure, or they that well-controlled?
As for Trump himself — this looks like a deep state plan he is in on.
