Britain: Toddler Expelled From Nursery For Being ‘Transphobic’

Department for Education data in the UK has revealed that a toddler under the age of four was kicked out of a nursery after being accused of being “transphobic.”
Yes, really.
The Telegraph reports that the child was removed during the 2022-23 academic year for “abuse against sexual orientation and gender identity.”
Arkansas proposes to outlaw gender nonconforming haircuts.
“Social transitioning” means any act by which a minor adopts or espouses a gender identity that differs from the minor’s biological sex as determined by the sex organs, chromosomes, and endogenous profiles of the minor, including without limitation changes in clothing, pronouns, hairstyle, and name.

Any person who knowingly causes or contributes to the social transitioning of a minor or the castration, sterilization, or mutilation of a minor shall be strictly and jointly and severally liable to the minor and the minor’s parents for any personal injuries or harm resulting from the social transitioning or the castration, sterilization, or mutilation of the minor.
The first paragraph limits freedom of speech. Let people dress and decorate themselves as they please. Revoke all laws limiting freedom of association, so we can shun the deviants. That’s how social behavior was controlled in the past, and it worked well. But we’d have to restrict welfare only to those who are truly incapable of working, or we’d end up with trans ghettos in our cities.
The second paragraph may be as close as we can get to protecting children from the deviants because, if they can no longer get at yours, they’ll have their own.
I guess the most common case would result from parental separation.
