FBI Releases Surveillance Video of Alleged Charlie Kirk Assassin Fleeing Scene Without Rifle
September 14th, 2025According to the New York Post, the rifle that is alleged to have been used to assassinate Charlie Kirk is, “An imported .30-06-caliber Mauser bolt-action rifle.”
The FBI posted a video of the alleged assassin fleeing across the roof of a building and jumping down to the ground. This statement is from the FBI video:
The subject is seen jumping from the rooftop of a building after the shooting. Around 12 p.m. Mountain Time on September 10, 2025, the subject climbed up to a rooftop; after he shot and killed Charlie Kirk, he jumped off and ran away. He left a gun and ammunition in a wooded area near the university.
The individual in the video is not handling a large caliber bolt action rifle with a scope.
It looks like he is carrying a black towel.
Are we expected to believe that the assassin shot Kirk, disassembled the rifle, put the components in his backpack and then re-assembled the rifle before leaving it in the, “Wooded area near the university?”
If so, there is a VERY serious problem with that theory.
For a moment, let us assume that the rifle’s stock and barrel action would fit in the backpack that the alleged assassin was wearing. I do not think that the rifle components would fit inside that backpack, but let us assume that they did.
Charlie Kirk was assassinated at 12:23 p.m. MDT (UTC-06:00). I have been unable to determine the exact time of the assassination, to the second. The surveillance video clip released by the FBI starts with the timestamp at 12:23:34 p.m. with the alleged assassin already several yards from the alleged firing position and running at full speed on the roof.
There is no way that the person shown running on the roof could have removed both action screws with a screwdriver, separated the barrel action from the stock, stored the barrel action and the stock in the backpack (neither of which would fit in the backpack, but assume they did), and donned the backpack in (at maximum) 30 seconds, assuming the shot occurred at exactly 12:23:00 p.m.
This is totally impossible.
If the shot occurred after 12:23:00 p.m., there would be even less than 30 seconds to perform the breakdown of the rifle and storage of the barrel action and stock in the backpack.
If we are expected to believe that the alleged assassin disassembled the rifle and placed the components in the backpack, why did the FBI choose to release a video clip that does not include that process?

Someone I follow on X thinks the whole thing is a hoax and Charlie Kirk isn’t even dead. He makes a compelling enough case that I really have to wonder. (For instance, why were members of Kirk’s security-detail making apparent hand-signals right before he was supposedly shot? And why does the shooting look so much like a “squib” exploded underneath his shirt?)
Has anyone checked out the time between the impact and the sound of the shot being fired? Speed of sound is ca. 330m/s (give or take, depending on air conditions) which is around 375 yards per sec., so it would be interesting to see if that matches with the shooter’s ostensible range.
Secondly, the video covering the shooter’s rooftop egress tracks him by panning the view as he escape from the scene. Is that normal?
Then there is the absurdity of the official story of the weapon being on him when he escapes, as Kevin discusses above.
And then we have the mountain of evidence painting that weird kid as a champion of deviants, with the gay-furry-trans lover, the weird inscriptions on the casings, the on-point predictions online made by his associates, etc., and it looks like a carefully crafted set-up, albeit one with “truth leaks” such as the illogical narrative surrounding the movements of the gun after the it.
You know that France, Canada and the UK are about to recognise a Palestinian state?
But they do not act on the geopolitical plane independently of the Deep State in the US, which means they have America’s tacit approval, despite its denouncements thus far. Just recall that Trump’s threats to forsake Europe in a war with Russia were designed to build a public narrative for the Europeans to rearm and prime their populations for war.
Those points being the case (that the western nations are all on the same page at highest levels of power (i.e. the oligarch level) and that they have decided to cool on Israel, presumably due to the need to focus on war with Russia + China), and it further being the case that digital ID + digital currency are coming to the West in early 2027 or so, the last thing TPTB want is a principled, objective, off-script conservative influencer at large; rather, they want owned conservatives to channel outrage into dead-ends or to make it seem like they are winning, or doing something constructive, while the dystopia creeps in.
So, watch out for pied pipers emerging. Perhaps even as new leader of TPUSA.
Also watch out as the West loses its monopoly on being Israel’s big protector and ally in the ME. There will be a vacuum left there that Vlad P will only be to happy to fill.

About the video of him on the roof: Does the university have some kind of tower that is as high as the angle from which that video was shot? The pics of the campus show some 6 story bldgs, but I haven’t seen maps showing if one of them is in the right position to get these shots from.
Why is it called “the FBI video” rather than the university roof video, (as opposed to the university sidewalk video, etc), or university 1, university 2, etc., in their chronological order?
It’s not the only video the FBI has.
I refer to it as “The FBI video” because the FBI released it and didn’t say where it came from.
