Israel has committed genocide against Palestinians in the Gaza Strip, the UN Independent International Commission of Inquiry on the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem, and Israel said in a new report today. The Commission urges Israel and all States to fulfil their legal obligations under international law to end the genocide and punish those responsible for it.

The Commission has been investigating the events on and since 7 October 2023 for the last two years, and concluded that Israeli authorities and Israeli security forces committed four of the five genocidal acts defined by the 1948 Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide, namely killing, causing serious bodily or mental harm, deliberately inflicting conditions of life calculated to bring about the destruction of the Palestinians in whole or in part, and imposing measures intended to prevent births.

Explicit statements by Israeli civilian and military authorities and the pattern of conduct of the Israeli security forces indicate that the genocidal acts were committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, Palestinians in the Gaza Strip as a group.

“The Commission finds that Israel is responsible for the commission of genocide in Gaza,” said Navi Pillay, Chair of the Commission. “It is clear that there is an intent to destroy the Palestinians in Gaza through acts that meet the criteria set forth in the Genocide Convention.”

Genocide also by attacking Iran, Lebanon, Syria… Israel wants them all dead so chips away at them. The Palestinians had the least defenses so are getting the worst of it, so far.

When we get hit, we fight back at patsies, not the real perps. 9/11, Charlie Kirk, who knows what else has been/is in the plans going back to Jekyll Island, the predecessor of Bohemian Grove. Maybe Epstein Island was the successor. Where now?

There is now what looks like a coordinated campaign across the alt-right media to pin the hit on Israel, just on time for France, Britain, Canada and Australia to recognise a Palestinian state at the UN this month.

I just do not see how Israel retiring C Kirk because of his distancing himself from them could serve their PR in the US among the very demographic they have always sought to court: grassroots conservatives. Rather, it would serve to alienate the right and that’s what is now happening, in concert with a coordinated strategic withdrawal of support for Israel by the abovenamed major elements of the West.

Big egos are involved, along with big bucks. What is the mafia famous for doing to anyone of their own (anyone they believed they owned) who turns against them?

What difference will anyone’s recognition of a Palestinian state make? Has it made any difference that the UN declared that Israel was committing war crimes and genocide against the Palestinians?

There is a big gap between Christian conservatives and Neocons. Charlie Kirk was the Neocons’ enemy because he advocated and practiced peace and understanding when they want war and destruction. Is Israel seeking peace and understanding with its neighbors? They are actively refusing it when it’s offered.

The youth of America are its future. If they vote against war, and the Christians vote against war, a Neocon candidate won’t get elected. Kirk was rapidly becoming a huge influence on the youth and was favorably impressing their elders. Therefore…

Israel and the Neocons are, not the Christian conservatives.
