Man Threatened with Arrest for Taking Photo of His Freedom Fries

Take a picture of the french fries on the Bridgeport ferry, and you might as well just admit that you’re a charter member of Al Qaeda.
This was going to be a happy story about how two of my nephews love the french fries on the Bridgeport-Port Jefferson Ferry. “Ferry fries,†they call them. But that story went out the window Sunday night, when I took the photograph below and was threatened with arrest by the Ferry Fascists for doing so.

now we get to the point where everyone wants to be a hero, on both sides of the fence. too bad there was never a fence to begin with.
