Announcing Cryptogon.Net

I’ve started running an automated news robot at cryptogon.net. It’s very basic and I have other plans for cryptogon.net, but I thought I’d let you know about it in case you’re interested in seeing which themes I’m persistently tracking. All it’s doing is pulling data from RSS feeds and turning them into posts.

In case you’re curious about how it works, I’m using a commercial WordPress plugin called Autoblogged to parse and post those news feeds. It works great. Yes, I know there are some free options along these lines, and yes, they’re crap.

Cryptogon.net may become a subscriber/contributor area at some point. For now, it’s open to everyone.
