Large Cyberattack on Viasat
March 23rd, 2022Via: Wired:
Almost a month after the attack, the disruptions continue. Thousands still remain offline across Europe—around 2,000 wind turbines are still disconnected in Germany—and companies are racing to replace broken modems or fix connections with updates. Multiple intelligence agencies, including those in the US and Europe, are also investigating the attack. The Viasat hack is arguably the largest publicly known cyberattack to take place since Russia invaded Ukraine, and it stands out for its impact beyond Ukraine’s borders.

U.S. Sending Soviet Air Defense Systems It Secretly Acquired Decades Ago to Ukraine
March 22nd, 2022Hmm…
Via: Fox:
The U.S. is sending some of the Soviet-made air defense equipment it secretly acquired decades ago to bolster the Ukrainian military as it seeks to fend off Russian air and missile attacks, U.S. officials said.
The systems, which one U.S. official said include the SA-8, are decades old and were obtained by the U.S. so it could examine the technology used by the Russian military and which Moscow has exported around the world.
The weapons are familiar to Ukraine’s military, which inherited this type of equipment following the breakup of the Soviet Union.
The DOJ Is Hiring Tort Lawyers To Defend HHS From Vaccine Injury Cases
March 22nd, 2022Via: Emerald Robinson’s The Right Way:
The Biden regime’s DOJ apparently needs to hire at least four new tort lawyers to help with vaccine injury cases against HHS — according to a new job posting on the federal government’s official hiring site USAJOBS.
The job posting is only open for a month —so they need them now.
…
Trial attorneys in Office of Constitutional and Specialized Tort Litigation – Vaccine Litigation Staff – represent the interests of the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services in all cases filed in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims under the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act (“Vaccine Act”). The cases involve claims of injury as a result of the receipt of vaccines covered by the Act.
Journalists Documenting Illegal Immigrants Crossing U.S. Border Detained by Border Patrol at Gunpoint
March 22nd, 2022Via: Just the News:
Journalists with the Real America’s Voice TV network were detained by border patrol agents at the southern U.S. border on Friday, with a reporter describing being “detained at gunpoint” amid the open crossing of illegal immigrants into the United States.
Ben Bergquam, a reporter with Real America’s Voice — with whom Just the News is partnered — posted a video depicting him in the back of a border patrol vehicle, showing what appeared to be a border patrol agent directing Bergquam’s colleagues with his gun drawn.
“And all of this is happening [with] 60 illegal [immigrants] just standing by the wall, no problem,” Bergquam said.
U.S. To Bring Back Pirates To Seize Russian Yachts
March 22nd, 2022Via: Sovereign Man:
Centuries ago, whenever Kings and Queens wanted to quietly wage an unofficial war against their enemies, they issued something called a “Letter of Marque” to private sailors known as Privateers.
The Letter would legally authorize these Privateers (which was just a polite way of saying ‘Pirate’) to seize other kingdom’s ships and cargo while at sea.
It was essentially government-sanctioned theft.
Well, the United States Congress is bringing back this practice.
A recent bill that was introduced would “authorize the President of the United States to issue letters of marque and reprisal for the purpose of seizing the assets of certain Russian citizens.”
So, if the bill passes, children can once again legitimately dream of becoming a pirate when they grow up.
The last time the US authorized privateers was during the War of 1812.

Tesla Probably Made a Tutorial Video on Using Powerwall as Mobile Power Station After Sending Batch to Ukraine
March 19th, 2022Via: Tesmanian:
*Tesla teamed up with SpaceX to provide coverage expansion for its Starlink services to help provide an alternative internet infrastructure.
*Volunteers across the Giga Berlin and Germany Service team responded quickly on Sunday to test, configure, pack and ship several hundred Starlink units which have already been gratefully received by Ukraine’s Digital Transformation Minister. In true Tesla fashion, the solution has been put together in less than 3 days.
*On top of this the Energy team supplemented the Starlink roll out with a fleet Powerwalls. The system included PV inverters given by our Certified installer network, pre-made DC cables given by one of our Supercharger Installation Partners and AC cables made out of scrap from Giga Berlin. All of it assembled by a team of (40+) volunteers from across the EMEA organization, committed to doing what they can to support.
Starlink Helping Ukrainians Use Drones to Attack Russian Tanks
March 19th, 2022Flashback: Musk Activates Starlink Internet Service in Ukraine:
I have no doubt that this is part of a U.S. coordinated effort to ensure that the Ukrainian government maintains command and control and PSYOP capabilities. While the U.S. could use classified systems to deliver realtime battlefield intelligence to the Ukrainians, my guess is that Starlink will enable wider distribution of it, especially to irregular forces who will, as if my magic, find that they will have Internet access again on their phones.
And now…
Via: Telegraph:
Elon Musk’s Starlink satellite system is helping Ukrainian forces win the drone war as they use the technology in their effort to track and kill invading Russians.
In the vanguard of Ukraine’s astonishingly effective military effort against Vladimir Putin’s forces is a unit called Aerorozvidka (Aerial Reconnaissance) which is using surveillance and attack drones to target Russian tanks and positions.
Amid internet and power outages, which are expected to get worse, Ukraine is turning to the newly available Starlink system for some of its communications.
Drone teams in the field, sometimes in badly connected rural areas, are able to use Starlink to connect them to targeters and intelligence on their battlefield database. They can direct the drones to drop anti-tank munitions, sometimes flying up silently to Russian forces at night as they sleep in their vehicles.
