FDA Asks the Court to Delay First 55,000 Page Production Until May and Pfizer Moves to Intervene in the Lawsuit
January 27th, 2022Via: Injecting Freedom:
Since the government has trillions of dollars of our money, it is putting it to good use by fighting to assure that the public has the least amount of transparency possible. To that end, it has now asked the Court to make the public wait until May for it to start producing 55,000 pages per month and, even then, claims it may not be able to meet this rate.
The FDA’s excuse? As explained in the brief opposing the FDA’s request, the FDA’s defense effectively amounts to claiming that the 11 document reviewers it has already assigned and the 17 additional reviewers being onboarded are only capable of reading at the speed of preschoolers.
Meanwhile…
As the FDA tries to obtain months of delay, guess who just showed upon in the lawsuit? Yep, Pfizer. And it is represented by a global chair and team from a law firm with thousands of lawyers. Pfizer’s legal bill will likely be multiple times what it would cost the FDA to simply hire a private document review company to review, redact, and produce the documents at issue. Within weeks, if not days.
Denmark Declares Covid No Longer Poses Threat to Society
January 27th, 2022Via: Bloomberg:
Denmark will end virus restrictions next week and reclassify Covid-19 as a disease that no longer poses a threat to society, even as infections hit a record high.
The Nordic country, one of the most vaccinated in the world, won’t extend the pandemic measures beyond Jan. 31, Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen said Wednesday.
Denmark’s decision on reclassifying the virus dramatically pushes forward an idea that’s emerged recently in Europe — that it’s time to start thinking about Covid as endemic rather than a pandemic. However, World Health Organization experts have warned against complacency.
The easing of curbs also echoes recent moves elsewhere — including Ireland and the U.K. — to scale back restrictions amid signs that omicron is less dangerous than earlier variants of the virus.
Elon Musk Says It’s More Important for Tesla to Make a Robot Than New Car Models This Year
January 27th, 2022Remember full self driving? That’s a cakewalk compared to this.
Via: CNBC:
Tesla CEO Elon Musk said Wednesday on the company’s fourth-quarter earnings call that a humanoid robot is the “most important product” that Tesla is developing this year, putting it ahead of the much-hyped Cybertruck and other vehicles, including the Semi and the Roadster.
Musk first teased the “Tesla Bot” in August using a human in a robot suit, warning during the company’s “AI Day” that it “probably won’t work” but added that he hoped to have a prototype in the next year.
“I think it has the potential to be more significant than the vehicle business over time,” Musk said of the robot, which is code-named Optimus.
Austria to Lift Lockdown for Unvaccinated Residents
January 26th, 2022Via: Reuters:
Austria’s lockdown for people not fully vaccinated against the coronavirus will end on Monday because the pressure on hospitals has eased, the government said on Wednesday.
New daily coronavirus infections are rising, driven by the extremely contagious Omicron variant. They hit a new record above 30,000 on Wednesday, Health Minister Wolfgang Mueckstein told a news conference, adding that they would peak in the next two weeks at around 35,000 to 40,000.
The occupancy rate of hospital and intensive-care beds, however, has been falling.
“We came to the conclusion that the lockdown for unvaccinated people in Austria is only justifiable in the event of the threat of an imminent over-burdening of intensive-care capacity,” Mueckstein told a news conference, adding experts no longer saw it as necessary.
Guns Stolen from Trains in Los Angeles
January 26th, 2022Via: Los Angeles Times:
Guns are among the items that have been stolen from cargo containers on railroad tracks in Lincoln Heights, Los Angeles Police Chief Michel Moore said Monday.
“People were … breaking into these containers and stealing firearms, tens of firearms,” Moore told the Police Commission. “That gave us the great concern as a source again of further violence in the city as people were capitalizing on the transport of these containers with having little or no policing or security services there.”
Moore said that on Thursday, the day Gov. Gavin Newsom showed up to help bag debris and decry the thefts, the LAPD arrested six people who had been under surveillance for crimes related to the train break-ins.
Texas: Woman Arrested for Allegedly Trying to Buy Another Woman’s Child at Walmart
January 26th, 2022I was thinking that this was just some fairly typical crazy-people-at-Walmart type of situation, but how did the suspects know the boy’s name?
When Taylor continued to press the matter, the mom told her to back away from her son. Taylor, however, did not and said she had been wanting to purchase a baby for a long time. The mom went on to inform Lt. Price that Taylor was with another woman who she believed to be of Hispanic origin.
In yet another odd twist, the second woman asked the mom what her son’s name was, but she refused to provide her with the child’s name. However, Taylor and the other woman began to call the child by his name – with what the mom believed to be no prior knowledge of it.
And why wasn’t the Hispanic accomplice arrested?

A strange scenario played out at the Walmart in Crockett last week as a 49-year-old woman attempted to purchase another woman’s child while waiting in line at the self-checkout.
Police records indicate Rebecca Lanette Taylor, from Crockett, was taken into custody on Jan. 18 and charged with the offense of the sale or purchase of a child, a third-degree felony.
‘Obscene’ COVID Policies Serve Big Pharma Not People

A group of world-renowned doctors and medical experts today joined Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) for a panel discussion on the federal government’s poor response to the global pandemic, the capture of U.S. health agencies by pharmaceutical companies, suppression of scientific data, and vilification of doctors who seek to treat patients with inexpensive and effective repurposed drugs.
The panel also discussed vaccine injuries, preventable deaths and new data showing COVID vaccines could be causing “vaccine-enhanced diseases.”
Biden Family Scored $31 Million from Deals with Individuals with Direct Ties to the Highest Levels of Chinese Intelligence
January 25th, 2022Via: Breitbart:
Multiple financiers with direct ties to Chinese intelligence partnered with Hunter Biden during and after his father’s time as Vice President — including the former head of the Ministry of State Security and the head of foreign intelligence recruitment — and some of those relationships remain intact, according to Red-Handed: How American Elites Get Rich Helping China Win, by Breitbart News senior contributor Peter Schweizer.
Schweizer explains that Beijing saw a financial relationship with the Bidens as an opening for “elite capture,” which allowed Hunter Biden to secure meetings and score major deals with people in the highest levels of Chinese financial institutions and the Chinese Communist Party — and in return they would be able to leverage the Bidens’ power for their interests.
Truck Carrying 100 Lab Monkeys Crashed in Pennsylvania, CDC Urges Anyone Who Came in Contact with Them to Seek Medical Attention
January 25th, 2022Hmm…
Via: Daily Mail:
A truck carrying around 100 monkeys that crashed in Pennsylvania is now sparking fears of infection after a woman who came into contact with the primates began to feel unwell.
Michelle Fallon, from Danville near Scranton, was driving directly behind the vehicle when it crashed, throwing animal crates all over the highway and smashing some to pieces.
Four of the animals escaped and were seen sitting among the wreckage before they fled.
Fallon said she got out to help both the driver and the animals in their cages, initially believing them to be cats. When she approached and put her hand on the cage, she says the monkey hissed at her.
The day following the accident, Fallon suddenly developed a cough and pink-eye, which became so bad that she had to visit the emergency room at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville.
Infectious disease doctors gave her the first of four rabies injections together with some anti-viral drugs.
She said on Facebook that she was monitoring for symptoms of rabies and monkey herpes virus B.
Biden Weighs Deploying Thousands of Troops to Eastern Europe and Baltics
January 24th, 2022You’ll definitely want that 18th booster shot if you see a mushroom cloud outside your window.
Via: Boston Globe:
President Joe Biden is considering deploying several thousand U.S. troops, as well as warships and aircraft, to NATO allies in the Baltics and Eastern Europe, an expansion of American military involvement amid mounting fears of a Russian incursion into Ukraine, according to administration officials.
…
In a meeting Saturday at Camp David, the presidential retreat in Maryland, senior Pentagon officials presented Biden with several options that would shift American military assets much closer to Putin’s doorstep, the administration officials said. The options include sending 1,000 to 5,000 troops to Eastern European countries, with the potential to increase that number tenfold if things deteriorate.
