Russian Scientist Working on COVID-19 Vaccine Plummets to Death in St. Petersburg
December 21st, 2020Via: NY Post:
A prominent Russian scientist who was working on a COVID-19 vaccine was found dead with a stab wound after plummeting out his window in St. Petersburg, according to news reports.
Alexander “Sasha” Kagansky, 45, was in his underwear when he fell to his death from his 14th-floor apartment, according to the Russian newspaper Moskovsky Komsomolets.
The scientist also suffered a stab wound, police said.
Police believe there was a scuffle before Kagansky fell from the building, reports said.
Russian police say they are investigating Kagansky’s death as a possible homicide and questioning a 45-year-old man as a potential suspect, e2news.com said.
Emails Show Navy’s ‘UFO’ Patents Went Through Significant Internal Review, Resulted In A Demo
December 20th, 2020Via: The Warzone:
The War Zone continues to dig into the bizarre U.S. Navy patents authored by enigmatic inventor Dr. Salvatore Pais and the seemingly unusual circumstances of their approval by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). As part of our investigation, we recently obtained a tranche of internal emails from Naval Air Systems Command, or NAVAIR, which appear to have been sent between Pais and personnel in different NAVAIR offices. While the Navy’s exotic energy production patents remain as mysterious as ever, these emails add to the backstory surrounding the inventions of Salvatore Pais and suggest that the patents went through a more rigorous internal evaluation process than was previously known. The emails also seem to indicate that the research program that emanated from the patents did in fact result in an experimental demonstration of some sort.
Last year, the publication of several unusual patents assigned to the U.S. Navy raised eyebrows due to the seemingly radical and unconventional claims found within them. These patents included bizarre technologies such as a “high temperature superconductor,” a “high frequency gravitational wave generator,” a force field-like “electromagnetic field generator,” a “plasma compression fusion device,” and a hybrid aerospace/underwater craft featuring an “inertial mass reduction device.” They truly sound like the stuff of science fiction and seem to describe the theoretical building blocks of a craft with UFO-like performance.
WHO (Finally) Admits PCR Tests Create False Positives
December 20th, 2020Via: Off Guardian:
So why has the WHO finally decided to say this is wrong? What reason could they have for finally choosing to recognise this simple reality?
The answer to that is potentially shockingly cynical: We have a vaccine now. We don’t need false positives anymore.
Notionally, the system has produced its miracle cure. So, after everyone has been vaccinated, all the PCR tests being done will be done “under the new WHO guidelines”, and running only 25-30 cycles instead of 35+.
Lo and behold, the number of “positive cases” will plummet, and we’ll have confirmation that our miracle vaccine works.
After months of flooding the data pool with false positives, miscounting deaths “by accident”, adding “Covid19 related death” to every other death certificate…they can stop. The create-a-pandemic machine can be turned down to zero again.
…as long as we all do as we’re told. Any signs of dissent – masses of people refusing the vaccine, for example – and the CT value can start to climb again, and they bring back their magical disease.
Thousands Negatively-Affected Following COVID-19 Vaccination
December 20th, 2020Via: ZeroHedge:
Thousands of people have been unable to work or perform daily activities, or required care from a healthcare professional, after getting the new COVID-19 vaccine, according to new data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
As of Dec. 18, 3,150 people reported what the agency terms “Health Impact Events” after getting vaccinated.
The definition of the term is: “unable to perform normal daily activities, unable to work, required care from doctor or health care professional.”
Chicago: Hospital Halts COVID-19 Vaccinations Following Adverse Reactions
December 19th, 2020Via: NBC Chicago:
Since Thursday, Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville said four people who received the COVID-19 vaccine experienced tingling and elevated heartrate shortly after the injection.
“Out of an abundance of caution, we are temporarily pausing vaccinations at Condell, which will allow us time to better understand what may have caused these reactions,” the health center said in a statement.
Advocate Aurora Health reminded that the four people who experienced the adverse reactions account for fewer than 0.15% of the approximately 3,000 individuals who have so far received vaccinations throughout their health system.
The health center said as of Friday, three team members are at home and “doing well,” while one person is receiving additional treatment.

DHS Works to Improve Biometric Scanning of Masked Faces
December 19th, 2020How absurd is this mess going to get?
Via: Nextgov:
Perhaps the most-worn accessories of 2020, face masks mark an unexpected new constant in people’s lives providing necessary protection against COVID-19—but they’re also known to pose some trouble for contemporary facial recognition systems.
The Homeland Security Department, one of the government’s biggest biometrics systems users, is now steering research to confront the complexities limiting existing technology and help push forward tools to safely verify people’s identities at security checkpoints in a pandemic.
Initial results from one recent effort “are actually quite promising,” according to Arun Vemury, director of DHS’ Biometric and Identity Technology Center.
“We’re getting to the point with this technology, where at least from the preliminary results, it looks like there’s some combinations of biometric acquisition systems, the camera systems and the matching algorithms—when you combine them together, you could match eight or nine out of 10 people without asking them to remove their masks,” Vemury told Nextgov during a recent interview. “This means that for the vast majority of people in airports, they might not have to remove their masks anymore to even go through the security checks, and we could do a really good job of still matching them. So, I think it’s very promising from that perspective. Is it 100%? Is it perfect? No. But it reduces the number of people who potentially have to take their masks off.”
SolarWinds Hack Compromised Dept of Energy’s National Nuclear Security Administration
December 19th, 2020Via: Register:
America’s nuclear weapons agency was hacked by the suspected Russian spies who backdoored SolarWinds’ IT monitoring software and compromised several US government bodies, and Microsoft was caught up in the same cyber-storm, too, it was reported Thursday.
The Windows giant uses SolarWinds’ network management suite Orion, downloads of which were secretly trojanized earlier this year so that when installed within certain targets – such as the US government departments of State, Treasury, Homeland Security, and Commerce – the malicious code’s masterminds could slip into their victims’ networks, execute commands, read emails, steal data, and so on.
Reuters said Microsoft’s security was “breached” by the same crew, and implied this was achieved either through Orion, or some other means, pointing out Homeland Security warned that the hackers, thought to be the Kremlin’s APT29 aka Cozy Bear team, have found multiple ways into various organizations.
While Microsoft’s comms veep Frank Shaw confirmed the Redmond mega-corp is a SolarWinds user and had installed the tainted Orion updates, he said no evidence could be found that production systems and customer data was accessed by the suspected Russian foreign intelligence snoops. The PR chief also denied the newswire’s claim that Microsoft’s platforms were commandeered to hack its own customers.
