New Zealand: Government Will Send All Confirmed Covid-19 Community Cases to Quarantine Facilities

The Government will send all of the confirmed community cases of Covid-19 to a quarantine facility instead of allowing them to recover at home.
This is already the case for any cases found in border hotels, but was not previously the position for those out and about in New Zealand who contracted the virus.
Health Director-General Dr Ashley Bloomfield announced the new rules at a press conference on Thursday, after announcing 13 new cases of Covid-19 in the community.

He has the legal power to compel people into quarantine under Section 70 of the Health Act, which allows him to “require persons, places, buildings, ships, vehicles, aircraft, animals, or things to be isolated, quarantined, or disinfected as he thinks fit”.
Bloomfield said there had been some initial reluctance from the families involved but this had not lasted.
It’s understood this stance applies to the current cluster but may not be extended to all confirmed cases if a wider outbreak was to occur.

With both parties corrupt beyond imagination, and the mindless supporters of each viewing the others as mortal enemies, I think the U.S. (and the rest of the world) could be in for some serious trouble; with a generous splash of COVID-19 tossed in as a bonus.
This feels like a strategy of tension is being applied to get the U.S. to accelerate the already advanced process of self destruction.
Who is behind it?
I don’t know with any precision, but it’s interesting that the theater of the free choice for President this time is between Epstein associate Trump and obvious pedophile Biden.
Is this a coincidence?
Can you imagine two more horrible candidates?

“Bomb Carbon” Has Been Found in Deep-Ocean Creatures

Until now, it has been unclear whether bomb carbon has managed to spread into the farthest crevices of the world, especially the deepest seas. It would have taken natural oceanic circulation about 1,000 years to carry it to the depths of the Mariana Trench. And in fact, testing for the new study showed that the waters of the trench did have low levels of carbon-14—which is what the researchers expected, given the long travel time from atmosphere to deep ocean.
But when they used traps to catch and test crustaceans living at these depths, they detected much higher levels of the isotope in these animals’ tissues and gut contents than in the surrounding waters. The bomb carbon had to be arriving another way that brought it there faster, and the researchers surmised it was taking a shortcut via the food chain. Organic matter—including the poop and carcasses of surface-dwelling life—falls through the water column in just weeks or months. When crustaceans on the seabed munch these morsels, they absorb the signature of nuclear tests into their bodies, the researchers say in their study, published online in April in Geophysical Research Letters.
Ron Paul: Coronavirus Is The New ‘Terrorism’

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has proposed the next multi-trillion dollar “coronavirus relief” spending bill that will support testing, tracing, treatment, isolation, and mask policies that have been part of a “national strategic plan” she has been advocating. The Trump administration is not opposing Pelosi’s plan on principle. Instead, it is haggling over the price.
But, even if the strategic plan could be implemented at little or no monetary cost, it would still impose an unacceptable cost in lost liberty.
Pelosi’s plan will lead to either a federal mask mandate or federal funding of state and local mask mandate enforcement. Those who resist wearing masks could likely be reported to the authorities by government-funded mask monitors. We can label this the “Stasi” approach to health policy, after the infamous East German secret police force.
Contact tracing could lead to forcing individuals to download a tracing app. The app would record where an individual goes and alert authorities that an individual has been near someone who has tested positive for coronavirus.
The strategic plan could eventually include Bill Gates’ and Anthony Fauci’s suggestion that individuals receive “digital certificates” indicating they are vaccinated for or immune to coronavirus. A certificate would be required before an individual can go to work, to school, or even to the grocery store. The need to demonstrate vaccination for or immunity to coronavirus in order to resume normal life would cause many people to “voluntarily” receive a potentially dangerous coronavirus vaccine.
Air Force Helicopter Shot at from Ground While Flying Over Virginia, Crew Injured

An Air Force helicopter was forced to make an emergency landing at a Virginia airport Monday after someone shot at it, injuring a member of the crew, local and military officials told McClatchy.
The UH-1N Huey helicopter is assigned to the 1st Helicopter Squadron at Joint Base Andrews and had been on a routine training flight, the base said in a statement. The injured crew member, who was not identified, was treated at a hospital and released.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation is looking into the incident.
The FBI “dispatched Special Agents and its Evidence Response Team to the Manassas Airport after receiving reports that a helicopter was shot at from the ground nearby,” the FBI’s Washington Field Office said in a statement.

It appears that government-imposed restrictions on travel, business, and social contact don’t become more palatable with age. As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to simmer, the one competency that officials have consistently displayed is in tightening the screws, using the licenses and permissions they require as enforcement tools. For people tired of being bossed around, the obvious response is to carry on without the government’s imprimatur—and they’re doing so in droves. It’s an attitude likely to live on long after the crisis has passed.
“Our businesses are doomed,” Chris Polone, co-owner of a Fort Worth bar that was one of more than 800 such establishments to open in defiance of Texas closure orders, said at the end of July. “We have nothing to lose. We can either fight this thing, Or we can starve ourselves out.”
As apocalyptic as that sounds, it’s a reasonable statement when the review site Yelp reports that 55 percent of all businesses shut during the pandemic are believed to have closed their doors forever. For many entrepreneurs, breaking the rules may be the only way to survive.
New Zealand Locking Down Again

Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern has announced Auckland will go into lockdown and the rest of the country will go into level 2.
It comes after four cases of community transmission from the same family were confirmed – after 102 days without any.
Ardern and director general of health Ashley Bloomfield announced the news tonight and an alert was sent to New Zealanders’ phones.
As of noon tomorrow, Auckland will move to level 3 for three days until midnight on Friday.
