Nicole Shanahan on Geoengineering

Perhaps the most provocative testimony came from Dr. Gordon MacDonald (pg. 55), who discussed the use of electromagnetic frequencies to influence human brain activity. So, “could someday” was 7 years ago for city folks?
There are two giant towers visible from my house, if you stand on the roof to see over the forest. They went up in 2015. My rural area’s population is 20 per sq mile, no industry except logging and growing potatoes and broccoli.
The largest town in my county, pop. 8,600, supposedly has 273 towers and 89 antennas. Could this be true?

(Don’t be misled by the so-called int’l airport it has. It’s called that because a US Senator is from here and it has a runway long enough for big jets.)
