Sen. David Vitter, R-Louisiana, apologized Monday night for “a very serious sin in my past” after his telephone number appeared among those associated with an escort service operated by the so-called “D.C. Madam.”

Vitter’s spokesman, Joel Digrado, confirmed the statement in an e-mail sent to The Associated Press.
“This was a very serious sin in my past for which I am, of course, completely responsible,” Vitter said in the statement. “Several years ago, I asked for and received forgiveness from God and my wife in confession and marriage counseling. Out of respect for my family, I will keep my discussion of the matter there — with God and them. But I certainly offer my deep and sincere apologies to all I have disappointed and let down in any way.”
Since when has entertaining a lady been a very serious sin …… apart from not making a lasting impression, when you heart is not in it?
What it does tell us is that the Senator has a lot to learn about both Life and Women and Love for he quite obviously hasn’t a clue about either.

There is not “a dimes worth of difference”, as the famous singer said in refering to the Dems & Repubs – – the same people finance both “sides” – – it’s a farce. The “Dem Mayor of L.A.” is where he is due to his billionaire friends, which is well known – – you cannot get elected to major office in the U.S. w/o “billionaire friends” – – however, is he as big a hypocrite as this guy, yes the “Dem Mayor” has had acknowledged affair(s) but he never ran for office lecturing the rest of us on our lack of Christian morals while paying hookers . . . but the bottom line is a few families at the very top of the food chain control all the “politicians” and those the don’t — will not be on the media, will not get elected and, if by some miracle do and don’t agree to toe the line, we have the JFK model . . . .

Not for people who operate as caricatures, they label themselves as you well know – – after leaving the army in 1979 I spent many years observing the whole Pat Robertson/Falwell political born again “christian” movement take over local, state and then the National legislature(s), their now admitted use of “stealth” candidates and hiding their real agenda behind their outward “piety” put on display for everyone to know how close they were to Jesus (meaning of course others were not) – – This movement has hurt the USA beyond any measure with the election of Reagan (really Bush I after the phoney assassination attempt by son of Bush family friend Hinkley . . . you can read John Judge etc. for yourself, if you care to . . .) . . . Born Again Bush II used same to basically “erase” matters that should have kept him out of the presidency, and as Kevin shows on this site, the results to the rest of us have been doomsday in nature . . . so no, in looking at and addressing these people who have basically enabled the destruction of this country by well connected right wing psychopaths and take no responsibility for their behavior, always being “forgiven” after being caught w/the next hooker etc., I do not need or have “gray” areas . . . They stole the airwaves of the country generally using tax deductible donations to obtain them (and tax write off schemes for the stations themselves wholesale), you might look at how Robertson did this and then “privatized” same to him and his son to the tune of well over a hundred million . . . the MSM wouldn’t touch the story and anyone else, in my opinion, would never have gotten away w/it as the IRS would have had them for lunch, not so the politically connected Rev . . . same w/Falwell who Rev. Moon bailed out with millions to keep his right wing “ministry” going . . . Moon (part of South Korean Intelligence very likely as well as other South Asian organized crime gangs)is, I believe you can easily find, on record as stating that the destruction of the the USA is one of his goals . . . looks like he saw Falwell and the right wing “christian” agenda and “followers” as being quite helpful to that agenda, I agree that it has been . . . .
As to needing to “label” these people – – again, I don’t label them, as you well know they label themselves to stick their “religious piety” into everyone else’s face and business (to obtain power over others not spiritual improvement). . . if you think it’s great you will truly enjoy the coming economic crash, food shortages, and prison camps . . . perhaps even more “believers” will then result to join the born again SS with more nastiness yet to aim at the rest of us . . . the created hard times should create even more “followers” to support the fascist aims of these cretins . . .
