A report published in state-funded outlet 1News says a 56-year-old man has been arrested and will appear in the Wellington District Court tomorrow.
Police told 1News the man has been charged with accessing a computer system for dishonest purposes.
In addition the Employment Relations Authority has granted an injunction in favour of Te Whatu Ora which prevents ‘publication of any of the data’.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton sued Pfizer Inc. for allegedly misrepresenting the effectiveness of the company’s Covid-19 vaccine.
The pharmaceutical giant used misleading statistics to promote the vaccine and sought to “intimidate” anyone who questioned the product, according to the lawsuit filed in a Texas state court Thursday. The conservative Republican is seeking more than $10 million in fines and a court order barring Pfizer from speaking publicly about the efficacy of its vaccine.
“We are pursuing justice for the people of Texas, many of whom were coerced by tyrannical vaccine mandates to take a defective product sold by lies,” Paxton said in a statement.

On Monday, Lieutenant Ted Macie, an active-duty officer in the Navy Medical Service Corps and a whistleblower, revealed Department of Defense data indicating a significant rise in heart-related issues among military pilots following COVID-19 vaccination.

Nearly Half of US Companies Plan to Ax Bachelor’s Degree Requirements

Nearly half of US companies intend to eliminate Bachelor’s degree requirements for some job positions next year, a new survey has revealed.
And 55 percent said they’d already eliminated degree requirements this year, according to an Intelligent.com survey of 800 US employers, carried out in November.
It comes after Walmart, IBM, Accenture, Bank of America and Google announced similar plans.
The survey found that the same employers that have already eliminated Bachelor’s degree requirements were far more likely to continue doing so.

A whistleblower has come forward with an explosive new trove of documents, rivaling or exceeding the Twitter Files and Facebook Files in scale and importance. They describe the activities of an “anti-disinformation” group called the Cyber Threat Intelligence League, or CTIL, that officially began as the volunteer project of data scientists and defense and intelligence veterans but whose tactics over time appear to have been absorbed into multiple official projects, including those of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

The whistleblower alleges that a leader of CTI League, a “former” British intelligence analyst, was “in the room” at the Obama White House in 2017 when she received the instructions to create a counter-disinformation project to stop a “repeat of 2016.”
