Thousands of shredded packages were seen scattered along the tracks of a Los Angeles railway on Thursday, said to be left by thieves who are now looting cargo containers.
Video footage captured a series of packages that were either left empty or torn up along the Union Pacific tracks in the Lincoln Heights neighborhood of downtown Los Angeles.
The cargo packages have been bait for railway thieves who have targeted goods from companies such as Amazon and UPS bound for residences along the West Coast.
Products such as unused COVID tests, fishing lures and epi pens were seen scattered across the ground.
Cargo thieves have been stealing valuable items from these trains while they are either stopped or slowing down so they can be brought into the Union Pacific Intermodal facility in downtown LA, where the cargo is moved to a new mode of transportation.
To break into these containers, thieves will often use bolt cutters to break the locks and steal whatever they can get their hands on.
Former Nuclear Weapons Technician Claims He Encountered “Shadow Person” Inside Whiteman Air Force Base

A former nuclear weapons technician has gone on the record for the first time to speak about disturbing security incidents he encountered at a U.S. Air Force (USAF) base, which stores nuclear weapons.
Whilst stationed at Whiteman Air Force Base, Missouri, between 2003-2007, Adrian Reister claims to have witnessed two incidents involving Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) entering restricted airspace above the base and a serious security breach involving a ‘shadow person’, who Reister chased within the base.
Due to the lack of clear guidelines and stigma associated with such high strangeness, Reister felt unable to report the incidents to senior officers, stating:
“Nothing was ever reported. Because if you did, you might be considered mentally unstable and have your clearance and PRP status (personal reliability program) revoked.”

But the most significant incident, which haunts Reister to this day, involves what can be best described as a “shadow person”.
During the summer of 2006, Reister was working in the base’s support section, deep into the night, between 11 pm and 7 am.
He was by himself as one training crew was locked in a separate bay performing work on a trainer bomb.
He then began to hear footsteps from bare feet, not the sound of steel-toe combat boots he was accustomed to hearing. That’s when events took a very weird turn, as Reister describes:
“The sound went away as I looked up and scanned the room. Not seeing anything I just shrugged my shoulders and went back to work.
Within a few more minutes I heard barefoot walking again, away from the support area, and this time I got up to look around.
I saw what I can’t really describe as other than a black mass in the shape of a person standing at 6ft, not really a shadow but something that was slightly blurry and didn’t reflect any light… it quickly turned the corner into the admin area of the shop, and I chased after it like a madman.
As I ran down the length of the wall from the support section and into the admin area I searched high and low, there’s not really a lot of places to hide in that section, just a few offices and a breakroom. I’d been thorough in my search but I still ended up empty-handed.”
As Reister puts it, nobody enters or exits the base without processing through the front security doors.
All other doors were secured at the time and had security seals that are broken if a door is opened. If that were to occur, USAF Security Forces are notified of a breach.
On the night of the event, no seals were broken and it cannot be explained how this figure entered and exited the facility.
An Extra Tablespoon of Olive Oil Helps Lower Risk of Death from Cancer, Heart Disease, Dementia

Plenty of olive oil in your diet may help prevent death from heart disease, a new study finds. Researchers from the American College of Cardiology found that those who consume more than seven grams – or half a tablespoon – each day were less likely to die from cardiovascular disease, cancer, dementia, or respiratory illnesses.
The long-term study showed that replacing about 10 grams of margarine, butter, mayonnaise, and dairy fat per day with an equivalent amount of olive oil also lowered a person’s risk of death.

On average, participants in the highest category of olive oil consumption had about nine grams per day. These individuals made up about five percent of the total study group.
When researchers compared those who rarely or never consumed olive oil, those in the highest consumption category had a 19 percent lower risk of death from cardiovascular disease, a 17 percent lower risk of cancer death, a 29 percent lower risk of death from dementia, and an 18 percent lower risk of respiratory disease death.
The study also found substituting 10 grams/day of other fats – such as margarine, butter, mayonnaise, and dairy fat – with olive oil led to participants having anywhere from an eight to 34 percent lower risk of death from all causes.

Two years late, you finally realize that a respiratory virus cannot be defeated and that any such attempt is doomed to fail. You do not admit it, because you have admitted almost no mistake in the last two years, but in retrospect it is clear that you have failed miserably in almost all of your actions, and even the media is already having a hard time covering your shame.
You refused to admit that the infection comes in waves that fade by themselves, despite years of observations and scientific knowledge. You insisted on attributing every decline of a wave solely to your actions, and so through false propaganda “you overcame the plague.” And again you defeated it, and again and again and again.
You refused to admit that mass testing is ineffective, despite your own contingency plans explicitly stating so (“Pandemic Influenza Health System Preparedness Plan, 2007”, p. 26).
You refused to admit that recovery is more protective than a vaccine, despite previous knowledge and observations showing that non-recovered vaccinated people are more likely to be infected than recovered people. You insisted on ignoring the fact that the disease is dozens of times more dangerous for risk groups and older adults, than for young people who are not in risk groups, despite the knowledge that came from China as early as 2020.
You refused to adopt the “Barrington Declaration”, signed by more than 60,000 scientists and medical professionals, or other common sense programs. You chose to ridicule, slander, distort and discredit them. Instead of the right programs and people, you have chosen professionals who lack relevant training for pandemic management (physicists as chief government advisers, veterinarians, security officers, media personnel, and so on).
You have not set up an effective system for reporting side effects from the vaccines, and reports on side effects have even been deleted from your Facebook page. Doctors avoid linking side effects to the vaccine, lest you persecute them as you did with some of their colleagues. You have ignored many reports of changes in menstrual intensity and menstrual cycle times. You hid data that allows for objective and proper research (for example, you removed the data on passengers at Ben Gurion Airport). Instead, you chose to publish non-objective articles together with senior Pfizer executives on the effectiveness and safety of vaccines.

Among those trawling for information are government agents who find social media an easy and low-cost means of gathering intelligence, often with the cooperation of both the platforms and their targets. Since the information is easily gathered, cops and their private-sector contractors snoop on us not just to investigate crimes but also while fishing for anything of interest. Worse, instead of curbing such abuses, many politicians want more.
“Social media has become a significant source of information for U.S. law enforcement and intelligence agencies,” the Brennan Center for Justice at NYU Law noted in a report released last week. “The Department of Homeland Security, the FBI, and the State Department are among the many federal agencies that routinely monitor social platforms, for purposes ranging from conducting investigations to identifying threats to screening travelers and immigrants.”
Teenager Claims to Have Taken Control of 20 Tesla Vehicles in 10 Countries

A teenager calling himself a 19-year-old security specialist and hacker in his Twitter profile claims to have hacked a number of Tesla vehicles. It isn’t the first alleged hack of Tesla cars, but it might be the first solo teen to claim to have succeeded.
“So, I now have full remote control of over 20 Tesla’s in 10 countries and there seems to be no way to find the owners and report it to them,” wrote David Colombo in a tweet on Jan. 10, later adding, “I could take around two dozen Tesla‘s in 13 countries for a drive right now.”

The juror in Ghislaine Maxwell’s sex-trafficking trial whose press comments may result in a new trial for the convicted socialite works as an executive assistant at private-equity giant Carlyle Group Inc.
In video and newspaper interviews since the Dec. 29 verdict, the juror said he was a victim of sex abuse as a child and that his story helped sway other members of the panel who questioned the credibility of some of Maxwell’s accusers. Maxwell, the former girlfriend of disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein, was convicted on five of six counts related to a sex-trafficking scheme and faces as many as 65 years in prison.

The data used from the study was taken before the advent of mass vaccination programs, meaning the numbers apply to unvaccinated people.
